• The price is in HKD 

• Photos may slightly different from actual item in terms of colour due to lighting during photo shooting or monitor’s display.

• Once order is confirmed, the order can not be canceled and no refund will be accepted.

• Postage is not included in the price. You will see the shipping costs at checkout.

• For Hong Kong Area: Postage is not included. You can choose HK-Post (Smart post service) for small objects. For bigger products, we use SF Express (Freight collect)

• For overseas: I will use HK Post (airmail service) for shipping.

• The products will be sent in 3-5 working days after finished the payment.

• I will send you the tracking no. through email after sending out the package.

• Overseas Delivery Speed: In normal, it may take 7 to 14 working days.

• For overseas orders, please tell me the customs requirements, and FaLala will not be responsible for any tariffs. (For example, the  customs amount limit)

• In case of official airmail is suspended, you may change alternative express service with additional delivery charge. Or you may wait for official airmail service resume.

• You may change alternative express service with additional delivery charge. 

• We may not provide delivery services for some countries (system will tell you) , sorry about that.

• The production time of Pre-order items is around 14 working days. Please be patient.
